Light Single Row Ball Slewing Ring Bearing without Gear for Railways

Light slewing ring consists of two rings (one inner ring and one outer ring.) It has compact structure and light weight. As its balls are four point contacted with the raceway, the slewing ring can take axial load, radial road, and tilting moment at the same time.

The slewing ring permits the bogie orientation and the carriage articulation.The stress spectrum applied to these slewing rings is very specific.

Particular care must be taken to protect bearings against external contaminants : rain, sand, salt, mud, etc.
Special braking devices may be incorporated.
